VOV.VN - K-Food Fair 2025 is set to take place at Hoai River Square in the UNESCO-recognised Hoi An Ancient City from September 6 to 7, offering both locals and tourists a unique opportunity to explore the rich culinary traditions of the Republic of Korea (RoK).
The event is jointly organised by the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) and the RoK’s Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, aiming to bring residents and visitors on a journey through Korean cuisine, music, arts, and cultural exchanges between Vietnam and the RoK. It also seeks to strengthen friendship and expand cooperation in culture, tourism, and trade, while introducing Korean products to local consumers.
Across 13 vibrant booths, participants will showcase famous Korean dishes including kimbap, tteokbokki, kimchi, spicy noodles, pancakes, fruit ice cream, snacks, special drinks, and fresh products. Visitors can enjoy free tastings and even try their hand at preparing dishes, mixing drinks, or baking under the guidance of Korean chefs.
In addition to food, the festival offers a cozy space for entertainment and art, featuring guitar and violin performances, Instagram-worthy photo spots, shopping opportunities, and gift giveaways.
K-Food Fair 2025 in Hoi An promises not only a taste of Korea but also a lively celebration of Korean culture, bringing the flavours, sounds, and colours of Korea to the heart of the ancient city. It is an ideal opportunity for both locals and tourists who love Korean culture to experience.
