VOV.VN - A string of beauty pageants including Miss World Vietnam, Miss Multicultural Vietnam and Miss Sea Vietnam Global will be organised throughout the year 2026, creating an exciting season right from the start of the year.
The atmosphere of the 2026 beauty pageants is heating up as the Top 50 finalists of Miss World Vietnam returned to the final round in Ho Chi Minh City from March 1.
In the new schedule, the contestants will participate in the Head To Head Challenge on March 11-14. The talent contest will take place on March 13, followed by the sports and charity activities on March 15-16, respectively.
The national semi-final round is scheduled for March 25. The grand finale will be held on the evening of March 29 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The voting portal for the most popular face title is about to be activated, giving viewers the opportunity to help their favourite beauty queen advance straight into the Top 6 finalists.
Few days later, the final night of Miss Multicultural Vietnam 2026 will be held on April 5 at the Ho Guom Opera House in Hanoi. The winner will represent Vietnam at Miss Multicultural World 2026 to be hosted by Vietnam in June. The first runner-up is expected to travel to Egypt for Miss Eco International 2026 in May.
Besides, April will mark the return of the Miss Tourism Identity Vietnam pageant themed Radiant Vietnam. Its second edition’s final night is scheduled to take place in Quang Ngai. During the beauty contest, the organisers will showcase six collections of Ao Dai (traditional long dress) inspired by the beauty of Vietnamese women and the unique cultural values of the country.
Notably, the Miss and Mister Tourism Vietnam 2026 pageant, formerly known as Miss Tourism Vietnam Global, has expanded its scope to both male and female contestants. The grand finale is set to be held on May 23 in Can Tho City. The top 5 female and top 5 male contestants will have the opportunity to participate in international competitions.
Also in Can Tho City, the final night of Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2026 is scheduled to take place on December 5 at Song Hau Park. Applications for this beauty pageant will be accepted until September 13, followed by preliminary rounds in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho. The competition aims to promote tourism and affirm the image of Vietnam's coastal areas and islands.
At the end of February, the organisers of Miss Charm Vietnam 2026 announced that they were ready to seek a representative at Miss Charm 2026.
Being founded and run by Vietnamese person, Miss Charm pursues the criteria of honoring beauty associated with culture, tourism, education, and the spirit of integration.
To date, Vietnam has hosted Miss Charm for three times. Mai Ngo finished in the Top 12 at the 2025 edition. Earlier, Quynh Nga won the second runner-up title in 2024, and Thanh Thanh Huyen claimed the Top 20 finalist of the pageant’s 2023 edition.
