During the preliminaries, contestants will take to the stage to showcase their modeling skills, talents, and participate in interviews with the judging panel. They will also join sub-contests, the Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest, and a National Costume Show. The grand finale is scheduled for September 14.

A special feature of the competition is the Top 6 First Impression, which will be determined through public votes on the pageant's official social media channels.

A major highlight this year is the debut of “The Grand Arrival” sub-contest, introduced for the first time in the preliminary round. This unique segment gives contestants the opportunity to express their personalities and promote Vietnamese culture and cuisine through creative costumes and performances.

The judging panel will select the Top 5 standouts, with the winner receiving a wild card spot in the Top 20 finalists.

Miss Vietnam 1992 Ha Kieu Anh will work as head of the judging panel. Others will consist of People’s Artist Vuong Duy Bien, actor Quoc Truong, actress and singer Nhat Kim Anh, Miss Grand International 2023 fourth runner-up Le Hoang Phuong, and Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 Doan Thien An.

The competition is open to unmarried women aged 18 to 35 who are not pregnant. Notably, several singers and actresses have already registered to compete, adding star power to the contestant lineup.
