VOV.VN - The 2025 Spring Book Fair is taking place at the National Book Center located at 24 Quang Trung street in Hoan Kiem district of Hanoi, with the event featuring thousands of books of all genres from reputable publishers.
Themed "Knowledge-Reunion Tet", the event aims to encourage a reading culture in the community and create a cultural space for local residents and tourists to enjoy at the start of the Year of the Snake.
The book fair is showcasing approximately 3,000 books on various topics such as economics, politics, literature, art, history, religion, foreign affairs.
Moreover, a number of side-line activities will also be launched during the occasion, such as folk games for children, giving out Tet gifts, handicraft stalls, and traditional cuisine.
The event is scheduled to last until February 12.
The spring book fair at Hanoi’s Book Street earned more than VND4 billion (US$177,200) from selling some 80,000 books from February 18 (the third day of the Lunar New Year 2018) to 25.
