VOV.VN - The Ministry of Information and Communications will issue a collection of postage stamps this April to mark the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory, which falls on May 7.
Since 1954 there have been seven collections of postage stamps highlighting the triumph.
The stamp collection will recreate typical images of the Dien Bien Phu campaign and its victory in the end in 1954 by both the army and people.
The collection will be released in April and will be available on the postal network up to December 2025.
The set of stamps is expected to help instill a feeling of national pride and popularize the country’s image both international friends and Vietnamese people.
