VOV.VN - Central Retail on November 22 officially inaugurated a mini go! supermarket in Vinh Bao ward of Rach Gia city in the southern province of Kien Giang, with the site being the eighth outlet of its kind in the nation.
Spanning a total of 1,700 square metres, the new store offers a wide range of cakes, fresh and processed foods, household products, fashion items, and other products at attractive discounts.
Upon addressing the opening ceremony, Truong Van Minh, director of the Kien Giang Department of Industry and Trade, noted that the presence of the new mini go! Supermarket will not only contribute to creating employment opportunities locally, but also help to improve the quality of life for residents of the province.
Olivier Langlet, CEO of Central Retail Vietnam, shared that Rach Gia mini go! marks a noteworthy milestone as the eighth supermarket of its kind launched by Central Retail Group in Vietnam, signifying the group's ever-expanding presence in the nation and the city.
It is also a testament to the group’s confidence in the domestic investment and business environment, he added.
