VOV.VN - Gold ring prices hit all-time high in Vietnam on September 13, reaching VND79.2 million per tael.
Doji Group bought and sold gold rings at VND77.9 million and VND79.1 million per tael, marking an increase of VND450,000 over the previous trading session.
Elsewhere, Bao Tin Minh Chau Company’s gold rings also inched up by around VND440,000 to reach VND77.88 million and VND79.08 million per tael for buying and selling.
Saigon Gold and Jewelry Company listed each tael of SJC gold ring at VND77.8 million and VND79.1 million per tael, up VND450,000 for buying and selling compared to the previous day, respectively.
Meanwhile, prices of gold bars of both Doji and SJC remained stable, hovering at around VND78.5 million per tael for buying and VND80.5 million per tael for selling.
This sudden rise was largely fueled by robust increases in global gold prices. The price of gold on the world market was traded at a historic mark of US$2,557 per ounce on the gold exchange Kitco, up US$40 per ounce compared to the previous trading session.
VOV.VN - Gold prices in the domestic market bounced back on August 2, reaching nearly VND80 million per tael, up VND800,000 compared to the previous day, while gold prices fell slightly in the world market.
VOV.VN - After standing still for 45 consecutive days, the opening session on the morning of July 18 saw Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC) gold bar prices rebound, reaching VND80 million per tael.
