VOV.VN - The second Vietnam International Bakery Equipment Show (VIBS 2024) opened on December 11 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City.
The event was held jointly by the Taipei Bakery Association (TBA) and Chan Chao International and attracted the participation of more than 120 domestic and international businesses who came together in order to showcase a wide range of baking and packaging machinery, associated materials, and a wide assortment of pastries in 200 booths.
VIBS aims to create a reliable and professional platform in which domestic and international bakery businesses can meet, exchange, and explore business development opportunities.
A number of workshops focusing on sharing experience, discussing current issues, and exploring the development trends of the Vietnamese bakery industry will also be held during the course of the event.
Furthermore, the second Vietnam Talented Baker Competition is expected to provide an opportunity for talented Vietnamese chefs to engage in international exchanges, learn, and improve their professional skills and experience.
VIBS 2024 will last until December 14.
VOV.VN - The Vietnam Bakery Cup 2024, the first international cake making contest in Vietnam, is scheduled to take place from December 11 to 14 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
The 7th International Coffee, Tea and Bakery Expo (Coffee Expo Vietnam 2023) and the 14th Vietnam International Retailtech & Franchise Show (VIETRF 2023) will take place from November 2 to 4 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ho Chi Minh City.
