VOV.VN - The retail prices of petrol were revised down, while prices of diesel, kerosene and mazut rose from 3pm on October 31 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance.
Accordingly, the price of E5 RON 92 went down VND290 per litter to VND19,400 while that of RON 95-III decreased by VND390 per litter to VND20,500.
Meanwhile, diesel and kerosene were sold at VND18,140 and VND18,830 per litre, up VND90 and VND260, respectively.
The prices of mazut also surged by VND240 to VND16,460 per kilogramme.
Since the beginning of this year, petrol prices have undergone 21 times up and 22 times down while oil prices have experienced 19 times up and 24 times down.
In this price adjustment, the two ministries decided not to use the petrol and oil price stabilization fund.
