Vietnam Medipharm Expo opens in Hanoi

The exhibitors are showcasing a range of healthcare products, food supplements, medical equipment, and hospital services across 180 booths.

Addressing the event, Nguyen Minh Loi, an official of the Ministry of Health, noted visitors to the expo would be given the chance to see the latest medical technologies, breakthroughs in health care solutions, and quality medical products released in the global market.

Furthermore, it creates a venue for foreign businesses to seek opportunities to expand their distribution market in the nation, he said.

Among foreign exhibitors is Bart Liposomal, a business from Poland, that wants to introduce its products in the Vietnamese market in its first attendance.

Meanwhile, Pharmatec, one of the major pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan, is also keen to seek suitable partners to gain access to the Vietnamese market through the expo.

Vietnam, a country with approximately 100 million people, makes up a potential market that many foreign businesses are looking to expand distribution in ahead next year.

Vietnam Medipharm Expo 2023 is scheduled to last through to December 9 and is expected to welcome more than 8,000 arrivals.
