The Deputy Director of the Hanoi Police stress that each officer on duty must have a firm grasp of the plan and maintain proper posture, protocol and professional conduct of a People’s Public Security officer. Checks on people and vehicles entering the protected area must be carried out strictly and closely, following the principle of ‘normal conditions outside, tight control inside.’
