VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, accompanied by his spouse and a senior Vietnamese delegation, departed Hanoi on the morning of November 16 for an official visit to Kuwait from November 16-18, at the invitation of his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al Sabah.
