During their talks, the two sides agree to define a new strategic vision for Vietnam–RoK economic linkages, including promoting cooperation in joint development of production chains and contributing to the goal of achieving US$150 billion in bilateral trade by 2030. Vietnam and the RoK will also enhance strategic coordination in diplomacy, defence, and security, while elevating cooperation in science–technology, cultural industries, and more.
