Phu Yen sets national record for making most lobster-made dishes
VOV.VN - The Vietnam Records Organisation (Vietkings) moved to recognise Phu Yen province on July 31 as holding an event which saw the most lobster-made dishes produced at one time.
Phu Yen province hosts a food contest on July 31 as part of the first-ever lobster festival to be held in Song Cau town.
The highlight of the event is performances by various artisans who come together in order to create a record of 100 lobster-made dishes.
As many as 100 chefs nationwide are divided into 25 teams as they work as a team to cook the dishes.
Artisans create a unique range of dishes which are healthy for people to consume.
With 100 lobster-made dishes produced at once, Phu Yen province has now been officially recognised as hosting an event processing the highest number of lobster-made dishes in the nation.
