Tan Son Nhat International Airport busy on third day of first lunar month
VOV.VN - Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City on February 3, or the third day of the first lunar month, was left more bustling than any time over the previous two days ago as it welcomed a total of 672 flights.
Tan Son Nhat International Airport starts to get crowded from the early morning as passengers flock to the airport in order to prepare for their flights either going travelling or returning to their hometowns.
The airport is left packed full of vehicles, although there’s no congestion and traffic safety is ensured throughout Tet.
The majority of passengers are families who are going travelling or are returning to their hometowns for Tet.
As many as 672 flights are scheduled on February 3.
Lots of passengers queue for in order to check-in.
Passengers move both orderly and quickly whilst waiting at the airport.
Many people do their check-in procedures at home as a means of helping to reduce the amount of time they spend at the airport.
February 6, or the sixth day of the first lunar month, is forecast to be a peak time when the airport receives a total of 695 flights, including 141 international flights.
