In his opening remarks, President Luong Cuong notes that cybercrime is rapidly expanding in scale, complexity, and impact, posing a direct challenge to national security, development, and the daily lives of people in the digital era. He emphasizes that hosting the signing ceremony of the Hanoi Convention is not only an honour for Vietnam but also reflects the country’s commitment and responsibility to the international community in fostering a safe and sustainable cyberspace.
