Top leader To Lam attends HCM Communist Youth Union’s 13th National Congress

First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Bui Quang Huy, who is also Chairman of the National Committee on Youth, hosted a reception in Hanoi on September 11 for UNFPA Representative in Vietnam Matt Jackson.

A ceremony to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCM CYU), the 48th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, and the 73rd anniversary of Vietnam-Russia diplomatic relations was held by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) on March 25 in Moscow.
