VOV.VN - Starting September 25, leaders of the National Assembly of Vietnam will embark on important working visits to Japan, Mongolia, Turkey, and Greece to promote parliamentary diplomacy and bilateral cooperation.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong will lead a delegation to Japan and Mongolia from September 25 to October 3 at the invitations of the parliamentary leaders of the two countries, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Concurrently, at the invitation of the parliamentary leaders of Turkey and Greece, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai and a high-level delegation will undertake an official visit to Turkey and Greece from September 25 to October 4.
These simultaneous visits demonstrate the proactive role of Vietnam’s National Assembly in expanding parliamentary diplomacy, enhancing Vietnam’s international standing, and fostering both bilateral and multilateral cooperation in practical fields.
