VOV.VN - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and State President Vo Van Thuong sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un on the 75th anniversary of the DPRK’s Day of the Foundation of the Republic (Sept. 9).
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also sent a similar congratulatory message to DPRK Prime Minister Kim Tok Hun.
In their messages, the Vietnamese leaders congratulated the Korean people on the achievements they have recorded in building and developing the country, including in effective COVID-19 prevention and post-pandemic economic recovery.
“We believe that with the joint efforts of the leaders and people of both Vietnam and the DPRK, the relationship between the two countries will continue to be strengthened and developed in the coming time,” they said in the messages.
On this occasion, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son also sent a congratulatory message to his DPRK counterpart Choe Son Hui.
VOV.VN - Deputy Minister of National Defence Lieut. Sen. Gen. Hoang Xuan Chien hosted a reception on August 17 in Hanoi for Colonel Kim Myong Chol, defence attaché of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) in Vietnam.
