
VOV.VN - Party General Secretary To Lam on January 13 visited and offered incense at the Memorial to General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu, in northern Bac Ninh province, as part of activities to celebrate 95 years of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – 2025).
The Party leader and his entourage solemnly offered incense to honour and express profound gratitude to General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu, an outstanding leader and exemplary revolutionary who made significant contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese nation.
They vowed to uphold the tradition of national unity, overcome difficulties and challenges, pursue aspirations with renewed vigour and determination, achieve breakthroughs and successfully fulfil the outlined goals and tasks, while promoting the study and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle.
At the memorial site, General Secretary To Lam emphasized the importance of preserving and promoting the historical and cultural values of the late leader’s homeland.
The memorial site is a significant historical landmark, preserving valuable artifacts and documents about the life and revolutionary career of General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu. He left a profound legacy, particularly with his work “Self-Criticism”, an important document in the Party building and rectification campaign.
