VOV.VN - Newly-elected Party General Secretary and President To Lam on August 7 extended greetings to Côte d'Ivoire President Alassane Ouattara on the country’s 64th Independence Day (August 7, 1960-2024).
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man also offered their congratulations to their respective Côte d'Ivoire counterparts, Robert Beugré Mambé and Adama Bictogo.
On the same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son extended a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Ivorians Abroad Kacou Houadja Leon Adom.
A Côte d’Ivoire delegation led by National Assembly Vice President Diawara Mamadou visited the northern coastal province of Quang Ninh and paid a courtesy call to local authorities on June 16.
President Vo Van Thuong on June 14 received President of Côte d’Ivoire’s National Assembly Adama Bictogo, who is on an official visit to Vietnam from June 13-16.
