Party chief attends national conference on 11th Party Central Committee’s resolution implementation

The Politburo and the Secretariat convens a national conference on April 16 in Hanoi to thoroughly grasp and implement the resolution of the 11th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee. The hybrid conference is connected online to 21,000 locations nationwide, including provincial and municipal Party Committees, Party Committees under the Party Central Committee, centrally-run agencies, and sites at district and commune levels, with the participation of over 1.5 million delegates. The Politburo and the Secretariat convens a national conference on April 16 in Hanoi to thoroughly grasp and implement the resolution of the 11th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee. The hybrid conference is connected online to 21,000 locations nationwide, including provincial and municipal Party Committees, Party Committees under the Party Central Committee, centrally-run agencies, and sites at district and commune levels, with the participation of over 1.5 million delegates. Those in attendance at the event includee President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, along with many incumbent and former leaders of the Party and State at various locations nationwide.
 The conference is also broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television and streamed on VOV1, the current affairs channel of the Voice of Vietnam, enabling officials and Party members across the country to follow the event.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivers the first thematic report on “Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in the summary of theoretical and practical issues regarding the socialist-oriented renewal process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; new points in the draft report on Party building and implementation of the Party’s Statute; new points in the draft political report; new points in the five-year review of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy for 2021–2030; and the development orientations and tasks for the 2026–2030 period.”
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented the second thematic report on “Amendments to the Constitution and laws; and orientations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure.”
The conference aims to thoroughly disseminate the core contents, key highlights, and focal points of the Resolution adopted at the 11th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee. Based on this foundation, Party committees, Party organisations, central agencies, ministries, sectors, and localities are to continue studying, communicating, and implementing the resolution’s contents within their respective localities, agencies, and units.
