VOV.VN - Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is due to attend the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit as a guest of the host country and hold working sessions in China from August 31 to September 1.
The visit is made at the invitation of the Government of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on August 27.
