VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife will attend the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit to commemorate the 50th anniversary of ASEAN-Australia dialogue relations, and pay official visits to Australia and New Zealand from March 5-11, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on March 1.
The PM's attendance at the summit and visits are made at the invitation of Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Prime Minister of New Zealand Christopher Luxon.
VOV.VN - ASEAN and Australia have agreed to deepen their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the mutual benefit of both sides, whilst also conducting early negotiations to develop an action plan for cooperation for the 2025 to 2029 period, which will be submitted for approval at the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Laos in July.
