VOV.VN - Hanoi will stage a fireworks display at the F1 racetrack in Tu Liem ward on August 10 as part of a political art programme marking the 80th anniversaries of the August Revolution and National Day.
According to the municipal People’s Committee, the display is intended to foster patriotism and unity among the capital’s residents.
The fireworks will run from 10:00 p.m. to 10:08 p.m., featuring 300 high-altitude and 60 low-altitude shells. The event will be funded with VND1 billion from socialised sources.
The Hanoi Capital Command will oversee the planning, including transportation logistics and construction of the launch site, while the city’s police will handle security, traffic management, and fire safety throughout the event.
