Four dead and four injured after sleeper bus overturns in Dak Lak

The accident happened at 3:37 a.m. on September 11 as the passenger bus was travelling on National Highway 14 from Dak Lak to Gia Lai, another province located in the Central Highlands.

The bus was carrying a total of 18 passengers when it suddenly lost control and overturned in Ea H'leo district of Dak Lak province.

Upon hearing the news, local authorities dispatched rescue workers to the scene. Four passengers died on the spot, while four others suffered from injuries and were subsequently taken to a hospital nearby to receive emergency treatment. Relevant forces were then dispatched to the scene in order to regulate traffic and take injured people to hospital.

The authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.
