The discovery occurred at approximately 6:40 p.m. on June 6, during routine inspections of goods, luggage, and vehicles passing through the border gate. Officers, with the support of other relevant units, identified suspicious items concealed in a white-gray backpack belonging to Nguyen Hoang Giang, a resident of Ho Chi Minh City.
