VOV.VN - The Vietnam-Japan Experts’ Society (VJS) made its debut at a ceremony held on November 25 by the VJS and the Vietnamese Consulate General in Japan’s Fukuoka Prefecture.
Founded on August 19, the non-profit VJS brings together Vietnamese and Japanese experts involved in sci-tech and innovative activities in the Vietnamese market.
Upon addressing the ceremony, Prof. Tran Dang Xuan, president of the VJS, affirmed that the society will contribute as much as possible to the further development of science, technology, and economy of Vietnam.
In response, Vietnamese Consul General Vu Chi Mai pledged all possible support to the VJS, especially in terms of connecting Vietnamese agencies, organisations, businesses, and localities with Japanese counterparts.
Furthermore, Soramoto Seiki, member of the Japanese House of Representatives and holder of a doctorate degree in atomic energy, pledged his best efforts to contribute to the further development of the VJS and Vietnam, thereby propelling the sound relationship between the two countries forward.
VOV.VN - President Vo Van Thuong and Japanese Emperor Naruhito expressed their elation at the sound and comprehensive development of Vietnam-Japan relations and the increasingly closeness of the two peoples during their meeting held on November 28 in Tokyo.
