VOV.VN - Vietcontent, a local digital content and TV broadcasting rights distributor, has been unveiled as the official sponsor of the upcoming SEA Games 31 and ASEAN Para Games 11 to be held in Vietnam later this year.
The announcement was made during a press conference held on April 19.
The move will see Vietcontent, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, negotiate with other domestic and foreign sponsors and advertisers in order to bring in the most effective financial sources for each of the events.
Both the SEA Games 31 and ASEAN Para Games 11 are scheduled to be held in Vietnam between November 21 and December 23 to attract the participation of athletes from 11 countries from throughout Southeast Asia.
In total, the SEA Games 31 will feature 40 sports while the Para Games 11 will host 11 sports.
Alongside Hanoi, 11 neighbouring localities, including Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Hai Duong, Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, and Phu Tho, have also been selected to host various sports throughout the duration of the competitions.
