The second half witnessed consecutive Vietnamese goals through Thanh Ngan, Phuong Anh, Lan Mai, Thu Xuan, and K’Thua, while host nation the Philippines scored just one goal through Campo.
The match ultimately finished with a final score of 6-1.
With this outstanding result, the Vietnamese women's national futsal team grabbed a total of nine points after three matches to earn an early ticket into the final.
The final match of the group stage between the Vietnam and Thailand is scheduled to take place at 15:00 p.m. on November 20 and will only decide the top position in the group.
The two teams will play against each other during the final match on November 21.
