During talks held shortly after the welcoming ceremony, the two leaders vow to further strengthen Vietnam – Cambodia relations based on good neighbourliness, traditional friendship and comprehensive, long-term cooperation. The two sides also exchange views on development goals and orientations, agreeing to enhance coordination among Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
