The Hanoi Department of Public Security on December 13 officially put the city’s smart traffic control centre into operation, enabling the electronic handling of administrative violations related to traffic order and road safety.
VOV.VN - Hanoi is set to bring into operation a network of 1,837 AI-enabled cameras and smart traffic signals to strengthen monitoring and traffic management. While most road users comply with regulations, violations remain visible, including running red lights, lane encroachment, riding without helmets, mounting pavements, and illegal stopping or parking.
