VOV.VN - A high-ranking Vietnamese delegation led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 47th ASEAN Summit and related meetings in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from October 25 – 28.
The invitation has been extended by Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a press communique on October 22.
The 47th ASEAN Summit (ASEAN-47), themed ASEAN 2025: Inclusive and Sustainable Future, is scheduled to take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia, from October 26-28. The summit will be attended by leaders of ASEAN member states, along with dialogue partners and invited guests, including the United States, China, and India.
Notably, Timor Leste is expected to join the bloc as the 11th member at this landmark gathering.
