Exhibition features workers' creative achievements nationwide

VOV.VN - The Vietnam General Confederation of Labour is organising a national exhibition of outstanding projects, products, initiatives and innovations created by trade union members and workers from across the country from June 3-5 at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi, in celebration of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The event is one of the highlights of the congress, honouring the intellect, resilience, creativity and important contributions of Vietnam's working class to the country's industrialisation, modernisation and international integration.

It also continues to affirm the pioneering role of workers in the country's rapid and sustainable development.

The exhibition showcases outstanding projects, products, models, technical solutions and initiatives selected from emulation movements promoting productive and creative labour nationwide.

Each exhibit reflects the professional expertise, skills, innovative thinking and ability of Vietnamese workers to master science and technology, as well as their willingness to think boldly, act decisively and pursue innovation for the development of their industries, organisations and the country.

A key feature of the event is the participation of 24 outstanding units representing key economic sectors, the armed forces, science and technology fields, and localities with strong labour movements.

The presence of these sectors, fields and localities demonstrates the broad impact of patriotic emulation movements among workers, public employees and labourers nationwide, while reaffirming the increasingly important role of Vietnamese workers in digital transformation, the development of the green and digital economies, and the promotion of national innovation.

The exhibition has been designed with a modern, interactive and experience-oriented approach. Exhibition areas vividly portray Vietnamese workers' journey of creativity and innovation through high-tech products, digital transformation solutions, technical improvement initiatives, green production models, energy-saving solutions and other achievements.

The event contributes to spreading the spirit of innovation while inspiring aspirations to contribute and a sense of responsibility for national development among trade union members and workers.

Behind every project and product are stories of perseverance, responsibility and an enduring desire to contribute. They include initiatives born from production realities, efforts to improve productivity, quality and efficiency, and continuous learning and innovation aimed at mastering science and technology and adapting to development requirements in a new era.

Through the event, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour continues to affirm the role of trade unions in inspiring, accompanying and bringing into play the creative potential of trade union members and workers. It also helps encourage emulation movements promoting productive and creative labour, improve labour productivity, and contribute to building a modern and strong Vietnamese working class capable of meeting the country's development requirements in the new period.
