The tournament will take place from August 6 to 19, with matches to be held in Viet Tri City in northern Phu Tho province and Hai Phong City. Group-stage games will be played at Viet Tri Stadium and Lach Tray Stadium in a round-robin format.

The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-finals on August 16. The third-place playoff and the final are scheduled for August 19.
